Privacy Policy

We collect what we need to run a football academy management product: your name and email when you sign up; player names, dates of birth, and stats that academies enter; payment records when invoices are paid; attendance and match participation. We don't collect anything you haven't given us.

To provide JomPasukan to you. To send you transactional emails (invitations, invoices, password resets). To improve the product based on aggregated, anonymous usage. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell it. Ever.

Players are often under 18. We treat their data with extra care: only the child's own academy and the parent who registered them can see their personal information. We do not show players to scouts or third parties without explicit opt-in. Parents can request deletion of their child's data at any time.

On Supabase infrastructure, hosted in Singapore (the closest region to Malaysia, for low latency). Backed up daily. Encrypted at rest and in transit. Row-level security means academies cannot see each other's data.

We use a small number of subprocessors to run the service:

• Supabase — database, auth, file storage
• Vercel — application hosting
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Payment gateway — for parent online payments only (FPX/cards)

Each is bound by their own privacy commitments. We do not share your data with anyone else.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email us and we'll process the request within 30 days. Academies can delete their entire account; parents can withdraw access for their child.

We use only the minimum cookies needed to keep you signed in. No marketing trackers. No advertising pixels. No third-party analytics that profile users.
