1. Who we are
JomPasukan is a software product operated by Ungguh Holdings Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated in Malaysia. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Ungguh Holdings Sdn Bhd. References to "you" mean the academy, coach, parent, or other user accessing the service.Ungguh Holdings Sdn Bhd

2. The service
JomPasukan provides software for football academies to manage players, schedules, attendance, matches, payments, and parent communications. We offer free and paid tiers. Plan details, pricing, and limits are published at jompasukan.my/pricing and may change with notice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 to create an academy or coach account. Parents under 18 should have a guardian register on their behalf. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your data
You own your data. We process it to provide the service and improve it. We never sell your data, and we never share it with other academies. Players' personal information is treated with extra care — see our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your academy's data at any time by emailing us.
5. Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in Malaysian ringgit. Online payments collected from parents flow through our payment gateway partner; standard processing fees apply. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use JomPasukan to harass, exploit, or expose minors; distribute illegal or harmful content; reverse-engineer the service; or attempt to access data belonging to other academies. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.
7. Service availability
We work hard to keep JomPasukan running, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to perform maintenance, and there will occasionally be outages. We aim to give notice of planned downtime when reasonable.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
